About Digital Pathway

A staffing company built by people who were once the candidate

We started Digital Pathway because too many recruitment firms treated people like line items. We wanted to build something different — and thirteen years in, that's still the whole point.

The Digital Pathway team at work in the Noida office

Digital Pathway began as a two-person recruiting desk in Noida, placing developers for local IT firms who couldn't compete with the big agencies on price or turnaround.

What we could compete on was attention. We learned early that a résumé tells you what someone has done — it never tells you how they'll work with your team, under your deadlines, in your culture. So we built our process around finding that out, before we ever sent a candidate forward.

That same instinct — understand the whole picture before you act — is why we expanded into software development and digital publishing. Clients kept asking us to help build the product, not just staff the team building it. So we did.

Today we work across IT staffing, custom software development, and digital content publishing, from six locations, for clients who've stayed with us since that two-person desk. The company grew. The reason we do it hasn't.

What we hold onto

The values that decide how we work

01

People over process

Process exists to serve people, not the other way round. When a workflow stops serving the candidate or the client, we change the workflow.

02

Say the honest thing

If a candidate isn't right, we tell you before you find out in week three. If a timeline is unrealistic, we say so at the kickoff call, not the deadline.

03

Stay past the handoff

A placement or a shipped product isn't the finish line. We check in through onboarding and after launch — because that's when problems actually show up.

How we got here

Thirteen years, one thread

2012

Brought on a content and editorial team to serve publishers and EdTech companies end-to-end.

Today

Six locations, one standard

200+ developers, 100+ clients, and the same insistence on fit that we started with.
